The Butterfly and the Whale
The Butterfly and the Whale
My solo project in which lyrics I wrote, form the basis for the music instead of a film or series. In 2020 the first album was released called ‘The Butterfly and the Whale’
The second album is called: ‘Let her fly, let her dream’
Good news: The third album: ‘Reaching For The Star’ is now live on all streaming platforms. If you want to know what happened before ‘dear John’ wrote his letter to Mary, listen to ‘I do’ and you know.
Lyrics and music can also be found on www.thebutterflyandthewhale.com. A website I launched especially for The Butterfly and the Whale
I hope you will enjoy a song/ story or two and if so, it would be great if you could add them to a playlist and share them with others.
All the best

Silk Road Cues on Spotify
Enjoy the music I made for the film Silk Road When a 20-year old girl meets the charismatic boy living across the street, it starts her on the road to becoming a successful drug dealer on Silk Road. Along the way she gets caught up in a dangerous cat-and-mouse game played by police, criminals, and her own boyfriend. How far will she go? Who can she trust – and just who is using who?
The music was nominated ‘Best music Milano International Film Festival.

Smeris Score on Spotify
Enjoy the music I made for the tv series Smeris (Force).A boisterous homicide detective is partnered with a neurotic narc to fight organized crime in the Dutch city of Tilburg. It’s a bumpy ride. Better fasten your seatbelt.

Deadly Dilemma on Spotify
Nine little pieces of music I made for a documentary. But the music deserved a life of it’s own.
So after being asked by some of you, I decided to put it out on iTunes, where it’s now living a life of it’s own.
All Music is available for download and streaming on all digital platforms like:‘iTunes’, ‘Spotify’ ‘AppleMusic’, Deezer, Tidal etc.
Thanks a lot for your support, kind words and feedback so far.
